The game involves moving a ball from the beginning of the labyrinth to the finish. Herbs, amber or other healing substances may be put in the ball. The T-shirt is not only another piece of our clothing, it is an element thanks to which exercising that comes with difficulty in everyday life becomes something amusing, something we do with enthusiasm. Wearing such a T-shirt is a type of “new life style”, new fashion. It may be worn by both children and adults. The exercises connected with moving the ball inside the labyrinth may be on the timed conditions. Many competitors may take part in such a game. Another point is that the tunnel in the form of the labyrinth is sewn both on front and back sides of the T-shirt, which creates additional difficulty. Apart from making us exercise, at the same time the T-shirt trains our memory, imagination, as well as compels us to concentrate and think.

Before designig the T-shirt numerous consultations and interviews with specialists - people whose occupation involves rehabilitating children and teenagers - had been carried out. At the same time classes were held among disabled children or those with a posture impediment, spine illnesses and rheumatic pains. While disigning the T-shirt quite a few other projects – toys for children have also been created. The research carried out confirms the fact the toys remarkably teach and develop various skills.
